Delivery Information

• Shipping Method: Standard Shipping (Tracked)

• Delivery Time: 3–5 working days after production is completed.

• Shipping Cost: £3.95 within the UK.

• Production Time: Every toy is made to order, ensuring care and precision. We aim to produce your order within 2–3 days.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s what to do:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted for items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

• Damaged Items: If your toy arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized toys are non-returnable unless faulty.​

Please Note: Our 3D printing process ensures the highest quality for your toys, but slight lines or surface textures may appear as a natural result of this innovative manufacturing technique.
